Has anyone tried it. I'm thinking about asking my doctor to put me on that. What results have you gotten from it? Does it really work.

i have differin and duac. duac in the morning and differin at night. at first, the differin makes you break out more, which is very frustrating. the differin brings out the acne, while the duac clears it. they work together. you have to use it and not miss dosages. my face became very dry at first, which is also very frustrating. my acne isn't gone 100%, but it is better than it was. last night i fell asleep with my makeup on, so that didn't help any. i'm sure that if i did it perfectly, my acne would be no more. hope this helped!:)

I don't know what you guys were talking about but so far Differin is working well on my skin. I'm seeing improvement in just days. Way better then proactive.

i don't know much about differin, but my roommate has been on it for a pretty long time, and now her derm is telling her that she has to stay on it basically for the rest of her life because she will break out as soon as she stops using it. but the case may be different for everyone.

My doctor put me on Differin a few years ago, and it did absolutely nothing for my acne from what I remeraber. :(

Hum... I had a totally different experiance with differn then you guys. I had tried EVERYTHING including Accutane and nothing helped. I used Differin and in two weeks my acne was gone. I used it for a year and was able to stop and the acne never really came back. It didnt even dry my skin out in the beginning. Just goes to show different skin likes different meRAB!

I have been on Differin for almost 2 years. It works OK with keeping my acne at bay. Now, I'm pregnant and I'm getting these huge cystic pimples that Differin doesn't really help and my doctor won't let me take anything else until the baby is born.

Mine is a cream. I'm not sure if it comes in pill form.

I am on Differin. It's not been that great. I have oily skin, and Differin seems to just make that worse...I seem to remeraber hearing that there are two types, Differen cream and Differin gel. Does anyone know the difference between them? I am on the cream, and wondering it the gel might work better.
Other than that, I am using Differin with clindoxyl when I get a break out, and it is better than nothing, but it certainly hasn't cleared my acne up, just improved it a bit.
