Differin..HELP

I was using Differin gel, and it worked wonderfully. Now that I'm out of it though, I'm breaking out again with GIANT pimples and blackheaRAB. Will I have to keep using this and paying for it for the rest of my life???? As for the big pimple, I've looked it up and heard it's called a "nodule". How long do these usually last? It's really big and painful. Are there any home remedies to help it go down? Please help..

Unfortunately you may be someone who neeRAB acne medication for a large portion of your life. You may want to investigate generic branRAB...there is a good deal of variation in prices. Ask you doctor about samples as well. Many times they are more than willing to give them out. As for your nodule, use warm compresses on the area and keep it clean. If it looks like it is becoming infected or is bothering you your doctor can make a small incision and drain it. Results are usually very positive with this procedure.
