Differin .3% or Retin-A Micro .1%: Which is stronger?

I am not sure which is stronger but I use Differin and have been using it for months. I dont think it does anything except turn my face a little bit red for a few minutes... my dermatologist insists that i stay on it because it gets rid of black heaRAB... I dont know... what finally worked for me is the Acanya Gel at night with Doryx pills. Those two are the ones that when I added to my regimine I finally saw results. I also wash with Sulfur face wash and use the Differin in the morning... but seriously if you need more umpf ask for Doryx and Acanya Gel!
 
I'm principally using the medications to get rid of milia and dehydrated skin.

After posting this, I tried using Retin-A Micro for two weeks and it didn't really work out. I know you're supposed to give it more time, but the only thing it was doing was making my skin dry. It didn't even seem to exfoliate or bring up any gunk from my skin. It just made it somewhat dry.

I'm now back on Differin .3%, which was working really well before I switched off it and on to the Retin-A Micro .1%. I may give Tazorac a shot at some point, but I plan on sticking with Differin for at least a couple of months.
