Different forms of Common Practice Period Composition?

Please give all the different forms (sonata, concerto, etc.) and brief definitions. In addition if you could point out specifically what you would call a piece written for a solo vocalist with orchestral accompaniment that'd be great. Thanks.

P.S.- A link to a website, if it has the answer, will suffice.
Not exactly what I'm looking for, maybe if I rewrite the question:

What is the difference between a chorale, fugue, sonata, oratorio, requiem, and all the other types of music composition?
