I'm making a CD and want to give credit in the liner notes to all involved.
I had my friend do the photography, and I did all the other stuff (added text, choosed colors, decided where to put the images, etc.) but when she did the photography, she told us where to stand and what to do, so she pretty much created the picture.
There was no drawing, so there's no need for an "artwork by" credit, but what should I put for my friend's name? Just credit her with photography? Or should she also be credited with design. And what does layout mean, exactly?
Thanks
