Diff b/w Masters in Media & Communication and MBA in M & C ?

I am from India, working as network engineer.

I would like to do PG in media and communications ( mass communications ) to improve my entrepreneurial skills.

I would like to know the difference in career options after doing Masters in Media & Communication ( Like from SIMC Pune ) and MBA in Media & Communication ( like from MICA Ahmedabad )
