I am 19, 5'6 and 126lbs. I know I am not over weight for my height and age, My problem area is the thighs and I would like to shed the weight with out loosing by butt. Because I am bottom heavy all the weight I gain goes to my thighs and legs. I'd like to shed and tone if possible.
