For three months, I have been on a 1500 calorie a day diet and I exercise 3-4 times a week (moderate strength training and 1 hour on treadmill). Granted, I have cheated a few times and eaten more calories, but only a handful of times. I am 5'6" and weigh 147 and have seen NO loss of pounds or inches! In the past this plan has always worked (I did weigh 195 four years ago and have kept that loss off, but want to lose about 10 more or at least some inches). Anyone have some good tips or ideas?
