Dietetics or Business Degree?

Please help! I'm currently stuck in a rut because I cannot decide what I want to get into. I've just graduated high school and am heading into university this fall. Please read as many details below possible, since they're all part of my problem.

So right now, two universities have offered me admission. One is to go into Arts, the other to Food and Nutrition. I know Food and Nutrition sounds like the better choice here, but the thing is, I'm not sure if I really want to get into it. Plus, only 30 people get into the actual dietetics program in the third year, so chances are slim for me to fully complete and receive a degree in that faculty.

For the other school, I was planning to transfer into the Business faculty in my second year, after being in Arts my first year. My main goal is to get a Human Resources or Marketing degree, because I want to pursue a career in the recording industry. Music has been a great passion of mine, and I think it'd be interesting to see how an artist starts out and develops their own career, with help from their label with promotions and such.

Anyway my MAIN problem is, I suppose, job insecurity once I graduate from university and head out to the real world. My mom has suggested going into Foods first, because she thinks it's better to get into something related to being a specialist before going into something general like Business. I understand what she's getting at, but at the same time, my argument is that I don't (think) I want a career as a dietitian. At the same time, I'm worried I'll change my mind a few years from now, and want to get into Foods but they won't accept me anymore (I had JUST made it this year, but the unpredictable averages for admission can always change).

Do I go into Foods first, and then go into Business after graduating with the first degree? Or do I head into Arts and transfer into Business, completely avoiding Foods? I also believe it would be easier to get a high GPA (you need a competitive one of at least 3.0 to transfer from Arts to Business) in Arts rather than Foods, since the latter is more science-related. One last note is that the university that has offered me Arts does not have a Foods program, but the other school has both Foods and Business (though the Arts school is more known for its Business faculty).

I need some real insight please. And I'm sorry there's so much to read, and/or if it's confusing!
