I'm guessing most will say "exercise" I'm giving you a heads up now, I'm scared to go running/jogging in my neighborhood because it isn't the safest ones out there. So I pretty much have to exercise inside or in my back yard and I do not have enough money to join a gym. Overall I'd like to be lean/tone not bulky.
Details: I'm 18, 5'5 and my weight fluctuates from 128 to 130.
My body type isn't petite at all I would like to say I'm between curvy or pear shaped (pear is from what others have told me from my measurements my bust is about 2 inches different from my hips) I feel like I'm not pear shaped because I've seen pear shaped people and I definitely do not think I am because their lower body looks way bigger than their top.
I have a belly
and its a problem I want a flat tummy like everyone else and I'm willing to work for it, but whatever I tried doesn't seem to work. The closest I got to a flat belly was taking diet pills.
I eat twice a day, lunch and dinner my portions are not big at all mainly because sometimes I don't like what my mom cooks and if I eat breakfast I don't eat lunch because I'm still full. I snack here and there I cut out soda out of my diet but have it once in a blue moon.
I'm Asian so we eat rice with almost all our meals (for me during dinner time).
Mainly I'm tired of seeing all these petite small Asian girls and I'm not one of them and it makes me envious because I want to be petite and small but I'm struggling with it.
I have a Wii Fit (willing to use it again) and lately I've been playing my Just Dance 2 game everyday and it really does make me sweat haha. And I cannot afford to buy a treadmill.
I forgot to add that I'm not trying to lose weight in a short period of time. I know exercise takes time. And personally I don't think I'm overweight I think I just need to tone up. I'm mainly asking for your opinion if I should take diet pills or exercise and if its exercise can you help me with what I can do?
