Like no way

Guest
About 2 months or so ago I really started to think about the food I was putting in my mouth. I stopped eating all that junk food (chips, white bread, cookies, ice cream, etc.) and my diet is mostly fresh produce. I want to change my lifestyle and just be a healthier person. I would also like to lose a little weight in the process. I started around 145 lbs two months ago, and now I'm down to about 130 lbs or so. It seems like I've hit a plateau, though. I haven't lost any weight in a little while.

I am afraid I might not be getting enough food. Although if I EVER get hungry I will eat a snack, so it's not like I'm starving myself. A typical day for me would be:
BREAKFAST-
80 calorie, non-fat yogurt with EITHER 5 strawberries OR 1/4 cup Fiber One Cereal

LUNCH-
Boca Burger with two large celery stalks dipped in salsa

DINNER-
Either a 3oz piece of salmon or talipa fish with steamed cauliflower
OR
another boca burger with steamed cauliflower

I snack whenever I get hungry on things like apples, pineapples, grapes, strawberries, celery, salad, etc. I have been eating like this for over a month, is that terrible?
Scarlett-
The boca burger doesn't have a bun.
And in terms of excersise,
I have soccer 3-4 times a week for 1 and 1/2 hours.
Off days I try to run a mile or so on the treadmill.
