Diet for a person who does not practice exercises.?

Hi, I'm 14 years old, weight 45. And I'm 1.54 meters. I think I'm overweight, but not like exercising or walking. Could you pass me a diet that does not cost of doing exercises? Do you think it is lack of exercise can affect my growth? What to eat for lunch and dinner? What to eat and take at breakfast and what to avoid? Thank you for answering ...
