Diet and fitness, bike riding questions, calorie, is this a good plan?

I am male, i am 176centimeters *about 5ft11* i weigh 160pounds (73kilo) I have a little bit of face fat, like you cant see my cheek bones or anything fancy, its not symetrical because i used to be overweight as a kid and i never put my effort in the weight loss crap. so that being said.
If i was to ride my BMX bike about 12 ~ 20 (thats about 10kilometers to get there, and 10 to get back after 3hours rest or frisbee or play games, at a mates place) kilometers a day. 4 - 5 days a WEEK. and i eat lots of fruit, like one serve watermelon, 2 bananas, 1 pear, small serve of grapes, and an apple, over 2 - 4 - 6 liters of water. DAILY. and go to bed at 10pm or 11pm at night and wake up at 7 - 8 am. Will i get my symetrical face? and lose extra body fat, love handles. IF i put my mind to this, will it work out for me well?
