Okay so i run about two miles a day 4-6 days a week.. i also do sit-ups and the elliptical for about 15 mins. i don't drink any soda only water. i have a sweet tooth although im getting better at controlling it. i am taking a vitamin B complex which is making me feel great! the mood boost is really nice. I'm trying to change my diet because even tho i am working out im still not losing any fat. i already eat fairly good, i only eat chicken or fish, im not a huge fan of vegetables but i love fruit, and i really dont like fried foods.I am a normal weight for my height.. im 5'0" and 110 and i look okay i just want to be more toned (like my legs) . so what i really want to know is my workout plan good and will it help me tone up my legs? and can someone help me with my diet? like what should i eat in the morning, for lunch, for dinner and for snacks?
