around the end of march last year, i went on a diet and exercise plan and have basically stuck to it since then. i lost around 15 pounds and was very happy. Now, ive gained some weight back although i eat very heathily and exercise 45-60 minutes 5x a week on the treadmill. i recently got back into my exercising after a 3 week break because of a knee injury, but i still had an extremely low calorie diet. maybe too low, that every weekend for one day i would binge uncontrollably. now ive begun a healthier diet without binging, and still NOTHING. i want to lose the weight by spring break, but if anything i feel like im GAINING weight! what can i do to bring up my metabolism. im slowing bringing up by calories each day, i started at 650 and now im up to 800. i slowly want to get to 900,1000, and so on. help please!
