Diet and exercise ideas/tips?

Well I'm 17, 5'7" and about 155 lbs. I'm starting to think that I really need to focus on my health more than I already do. I don't think that fruity pebbles, ramen noodles, popcorn, and pizza are going to do me any good. So I was wondering if anyone could share some healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas.
As for exercise, I hardly do it to be honest. During the summer I swim a lot and I played sports year round at school, but I've been homeschooled my junior and senior years so I only do a few sit ups and stuff when I'm bored. I'd like to have an exercise plan that works on everything, but mostly my thigh area, and abs. Oh and my arms could use a little work. I'm at home for most of the day so any 'go outside and run for so and so minutes/hours' ideas will be fine :)
I wouldn't consider myself fat by appearance, but I want to get used to a more healthy lifestyle before i start to get overweight. Gotta look good for this summer and for college coming up soon :) all answers are appreciated! Thanks
