i open my phone 3g to fix flex camera when i power it it can t i try with another battery but the same problem only aple logo appear and shut down itry to restore it with last i tunes and also with version 9 and 9.1 and 9.1.2 but no way even if phone in dfu mode when i remove battery and i put only iphone with usb cable i can put it in restore mode can someone help me i think it s hardware problem

It's sound like hardware problem, maybe you make this problem when you open the iPhone.

Clean the board/alcohol, have try to change the charge connector and restor again..
 
Yes! Clean board well.

Rehot board after cleaning in 250. For 1 min. And try to restore
