...What's the difference? I won an auction on ebay and I literally paid for it within seconds after I won. The seller gave me positive feedback right away as well. Then...I waited a week and never received the item. I sent the seller an email and she replied back saying that it had been shipped. I then waited about 5 more days and still didn't receive it. I sent the seller 3 emails asking for shipping confirmation or a tracking number and received no reply. I then left negative feedback and filed a dispute. The seller still has not responded to my dispute. Should I escalate it to a claim or should I just keep on waiting and if there's no response, won't they automatically refund my money?
