Did you see the Colts- Jaguars game yesterday?

I thought it was a PENALTY for ANYONE to TOUCH the ball in an on-sides kick, within the 10 yd no-play zone? NOT? HELP me! Help me UNDERSTAND
Frankly, I´m SO happy it went the Colts way, but, I just dont know the rules for on-sides kicks.
