In the 60s there was an argument over who was better between Chamberlain and Russell, in the 70s you can make an argument about players such as Kareem Abdul Jabar,Julius Erving,and Pistol Pete. In the 80s the argument was between Magic Johnson and Larry Bird. Right now Kobe and Lebron is the big debate

In the 90s it was Michael Jordan and than everybody else there was no debate about who was the best player of the decade
