did you know if you break your cell phone you dont have to pay the deductable for a insurance claim all you have to do is ask for the escalation department and tell them its a manufacturer defect and get the same free phone, kinda like you can buy a broken phone, and say it went bizurk and get a new one free??? especially sprint its called a TEP replacement
