Not only welfare, but any low income applicant will qualify for free phone service, at absolutely no cost to them. They need just fill out the app, send it in, get a cell phone with free minutes every month. Pretty cool huh?

Lifeline
Lifeline is a government assistance program that offers qualified, low-income customers a discount on their monthly wireless phone bill in limited geographic areas, in most cases at no cost at all. Lifeline assistance is only available for one phone per household. Other restrictions may apply. Please refer to your state specific information for details.

i wonder how much that program costs the federal government annually... i bet it's less than the amount spent to produce the munitions we expend TODAY in Iraq/Afghanistan/Libya/whatever other shit hole we're fighting in now.

i mean fucking seriously, if you're going to attack the U.S. government for wasteful spending why not go after the programs that actually make a huge difference rather than the ones that I would be surprised to see cost upwarRAB of $1-2 million annually?

did you know "welfare" isn't one consolidated federal government program, and instead a broad label applied to over 200 different programs?

so, faggot, why dont you be a little more specific.

Come on brah...don't be stupid. The government isn't kicking in much of anything. You get 250 minutes for "free"(government sub) and then you pay -

_     Additional minutes at 10¢ each
_     10¢ text messages
_     Messaging Packs as low as $5 for 200 messages
_     411 service at $1.75 per call + standard airtime charges
_     International calling at great rates to over 200 countries
_     And so much more

This is a cleaver marketing scheme to rape those that are on government assistance.

Actually the amount of minutes per month varys by reseller and state. In Missouri you can get either 68 or 120 minutes according to the fliers I've seen posted. I was at the people getting them they were all jumping around in ghetto talk sayin "we gettin us fwee bwackberriz dawg come down to duh housin place this brutha will hook u up dawg" When in reality they were $29.99 Sanyo Boost Mobile phones. 11ty people showed up and what was even sadder was they were letting them get up to 6 of them "for relatives"

It isn't the contracting jobs that are the problem. It's the over inflated civil service workforce that's the real problem. You know the same civil service Obama is expanding.

Who is a liberal? I hate entitlement programs. But if you're trying to slay the dragon, it's stupid to hack at a couple of unhatched eggs then declare victory. go after the shit that actually makes a difference, THEN deal with this piddly shit.
