I have a new computer and can't get on to Yahoo Chat. There's a check mark next to "Available" but it says I'm offline. When I click the "New" button and try to start a chat, it says I need to sign in. I click the "Sign in to Chat" and nothing happens. All this while I am signed in to Yahoo Mail.
