Did the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers jump from Division 1 AA to Division 1...

...College football in Sun belt Conf.? There schedule favors the conference heavily and In Phil Steeles pre season magazine last year he welcomed them. I am an avid fan of College football and have no other basis to judge the move. Is Western jkentucky Division 1 now?
 
Yep the first guy is right. and now there is 120 in D1. I think the probation was last year so thay might be fully involved this year. And if last year they where full in D1 then Hawaii would of had the 120 SOS.
