Did the puppy killer get punished yet?

I remember a couple weeks ago this was a big deal and the marines was looking into it...did he get caught yet?
Well what I'm really asking is did anybody do anything (punishment) about it.

was it even real? the video looked pretty crappy and if they could put it on youtube they had to have good technology (where they were) otherwise they wouldnt be able to get on the internet that easily ...and if it was real I HOPE HE DIES IN HELL that puppy was so little
