So I am 14 nearly 15, and the other night I watched the movie with my friend. At first I thought It would really depress me because of the intense things that the 13 year olds do, but I actually found the movie really amazing, even thought it was intense.
My friends mum said that she had seen the movie and it haunted her for a while after and she said not to watch the movie when you are sad and to watch a happy movie after.
The thing is though, it didnt really haunt me at all. I think its just because teenagers understand what is going on (even if they are only 13) and they are surrounded by that kind of stuff, even if they don't do that. Of course I was thinking, omg what are they doing, how could they do that but I was also just like oh yeah, well I know whats going to happen its part of my everyday life. (I don't do that stuff by the way but I know people who do) and it didnt affect me at all.
But I was just thinking does it haunt and affect parents and adults more then teens because they dont want that stuff to happen to their childen and that it just seems so stupid and idiotic.
Sometimes I wished that I was like that: rebellious and popular. But now I am just happy that I am not like that and I will never will be.
