..."white b*tch" comment? I saw plenty of focus on the "she's a child" issue, but what about the racist comment?

I grew up in Corcoran California as a kid, and I can tell you it was a daily barrage of "white boy" comments, and I think it's considered not as bad to be racist against white kids as it is against minority kids. This is why I'm a little teed off, not because of some underlying racism, or white power agenda.
