Did the Holy Spirit inspire the Bible's authors to accidentally reprint Psalm 14 as Psalm 53?

Psalms 14 and 53 are essentially identical. Did the Holy Spirit inspire this error?

@KalleyD - The only difference is that one says "God" where the other says "the LORD". They are otherwise identical. Maybe they were checking to see if anyone was paying attention.
