Did the eye doctor give me the wrong glasses?

I went to an eye doctor to get glasses because I have trouble reading on my phone and computer without squinting but she told me to read from a letter chart and I think it would have looked blurrier if id have been looking at a computer screen or my phone but she told me my left eye is the one that can't see well but right now as I look at my poster I think both my eyes aren't well because the letters look blurry from both eyes I think she might have given me glasses for reading not for my computer
