It seems to me that Obama hasn't chosen any key people who aren't former Clinton staffers/ allies. Do you think that these people will be loyal to Obama ...or will the Clintons be calling the shots?

Sure they will, he is the president. The election is over. The results are in. Working against him would be STUPID. If you are a Dem and work in Washington chances are, if you were there 8 years ago, duh, it WAS the Clinton administration.

No, but Obama has the intelligence to recognize that the best economic times since JFK were under the Clinton Administration. He's only trying to fill his Cabinet with the most qualified persons available that believe that "public servants" are supposed to take serve the general public, not the "select few"

No. Given the crisis he picked people who could hit the ground running. During a period of no crisis Bush picked his dad's people who had already been in government.
