Did the "18th Street Lounge" used to be a restaurant that turned into a bar at night?

I could have sworn that three years ago, the "18th Street Lounge" used to be a restaurant and around 11 or so at night, they would take away the tables and then it was a bar/club. There was music, a few floors, and it was a good place to be with friends (although the drinks were so-so). All of the dress codes, cover and so forth were not there. It also looks like the place has been remodel. Am I confusing it with another place near by?
