My dad got unlimited texting for the whole family and everyone seemed to have it in the bill that came this month except for me.( i text 24/7) my plan is t-mobile.... this month for some reason they charged me for every text message i sent and received (as if i didnt have unlimited texting) which was about 9,500 txts my bill is like 4,000 dollars!!! nobody in my family made a change to my account and last month my bill came out normal because i had unlimited texting! is this a mistake? Please let it be a mistake!! someone HELP!!!! My dad called t-mobile and they said that they will revise our plan then give us a call but they havent gotten back to us.
Did T-mobile make a mistake with my bill?
