Did something stupid.. advice??

Well I was 6 days into opiate free and I have a bronchial infection. I went to urgent care and was given meRAB. I told the doctor that I can't take codeine so he gave me a cough syrup and antibiotics. Well, he gave me tussionex and I was not thinking that there would be hydrocodone in it. I thought it would be like a ramped up robitussin meRAB. So 20 minutes after taking it, I looked it up and saw that there was hydrocodone in it! Will this affect the physical withdrawal and reset it? I was over the physical blahs and now I hate to think that I am starting over. Needless to say, I poured out the rest.
 
Musicman -- no, one dose of Tussionex should not affect you. Congrats on getting through the withdrawal and continued success!
 
Hey musicman3 - I don't think you will have a problem with just one dose. You did the right thing to dump it out. Well done!!
 
Well evidently it is time released so the hydrocodone was released over 12 hours so I never felt a buzz. I feel ok today but I do have the post wd blues. I am just moving foward. I try my best not to count days of sobriety because I always find that detrimental because if one does have a relapse, or neeRAB narcotics due to an operation or a medical issue, it can do damage to one's psyche thinking that they are at day 1 again.
