Mr. Giuliani was touted as the Republican front runner before the primary voting started, but in a nationally televised debate was publically humiliated by Ron Paul for his lack of understanding of the CIA documented causes of 9/11.

After this debate Ron Paul seemed to be ridiculed & blackballed from further public debates, it was as if the mainstream media didn't really want Americans to know the real truth about American foriegn policy.

Anyone have similar thoughts about this?
From a blog provided by Y.A. poster Matt W:

Mr. Paul was just restating facts that are outlined in the report of the The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States. Mr. Paul did not say we directly caused the attacks that occurred on 9/11. What he did say was that our actions over the last 50 years in the Middle East contributed to the hate towards us that ultimately led up to the attacks. It's not surprising that we were attacked, what is amazing is that it took so long for them to come after us. Unfortunately Mr. Guliani showed just how weak he is on the subject of current US Foreign Policy by his absurd remarks.

For how much I've pushed on you about my views regarding Ron Paul, I have to give your man credit for his deeds regarding Mr. Giuliani. While it's hard to say what ultimately did in the Rudster's campaign, Paul did make him look stupid.

Ron Paul is dead-on about U.S. foreign policy. Unfortunately, most people are too nationalistically brain-washed to realize it.

It was Giuliani who didn't campaign in states until FL skipping all the others and becoming a has been before anyone could check his name on a ballot.

Rudy, like Hillary, ruined his own chances by not planning a NATIONAL campaign and just running in a few states. When it was apparent that both would not win early as they planned, neither had a strategy to continue.

Rudy's idea to skip Iowa and NH was as stupid as Hillary's to skip the caucus states. Neither deserve the nomination.
