I went to a job interview today. I was really caught off guard with it because id dropped a resume off about 2-3 weeks ago and they said they were not hiring. Anyway, I thought it went pretty good I sort of did a lot of the talking though (im not sure if this is good or bad) and I answered his 2 last questions before he even began the interview in just speaking to him. the interview wasnt even really an interview where they do scenarios etc it was more so future plans, do you drive things like that. he also said that the other manager (the one that took my resume in the first place) wanted him to call me to get me in for an interview which is a plus?? then at the end he didnt say anything about wage or start date or even say about follow ups only what the job was. so i was just all side tracked and forgot myself. so when i got home about half an hour later i called and he was in another interview so i left a message and he called me back so i asked and he told me and i asked about when they would be doing follow up calls. he seemed sort of weird on the phone.... the interview seemed to go well and he was smiling etc the whole time but then i felt sort of stupid after in asking over the phone but my friends told me dont be silly atleast they know youre interested and you want to know dont get discouraged. so im not really sure what to think at this point because hed also told me there were quite a few candidates also when i was leaving i picked up my folder id brought in off the table because i brought an extra copy of resumes and he was like oh whats that and i told him and he just smiled (its a casual store but i want to also show professionalism)... ive seen this question a lot on here but none really matched my experience...all advice is appreciated! i ramble i know...
