I have two little sucker fish (I'm not sure what the actual name of the fish is, they were a gift...) And then a single male beta. I've had them for a few weeks, and I believe that one of the sucker fish laid an egg or an egg sack. It's a little white ball, but it has what looks like tiny little black spikes coming out of it... both of the sucker fish seem protective of it. It's on the bottom of the tank in the gravel, and they seem to care for it and move it around a little every now and again. Is it an egg or an egg sack? If not, what could it be?
