Earlier this year it was discovered that all non-African populations on earth have 1-2% Neanderthal DNA in them. Gregory Cochran and Henry Harpending in their book The 10,000 Year Explosion say that that is where non-African humans got their intelligence. Since Africans didn't breed with Neanderthals is that why they aren't as intelligent as whites, east asians, arabs etc? East Asians (Chinese, Koreans, Japanese etc.) have the highest IQs in the world and the best schools, universities etc. in the world have lots of East Asians.
