I agree, it looks like they designed it to look like a WWII nazimobile. it's down right ugly.

Well, they dumped the Jeep Cherokee, which was originally designed by AMC and generally referred to as one of the best SUV's ever made. They replaced it with the Liberty - a POS that nobody wants.

Not that I have heard of.
Can't say that I like the new styles, but they were in the planning stages long before Mercedes took over.
At least with Chrysler (for a few years at least) Jeep had a real Jeep engine and not a GM cast off.
I think Jeep did better with Chrysler and Benz the the HumVee did with GM. GM just made the HumVees in to an over priced Silverodo.
