I was recently told that there was a new law in Kentucky that someone trying to pay their child support CAN'T be put in jail because if they go to jail they get further and further behind...I was wondering if there was any truth to this or not...I have a friend who got his child support case closed but the judge didn't sign the papers and now he's $2000 behind on his child support and he has his kid just as much as the mother does if not more...Anybody have any tips on wat he should do about all this
