Did I Pay To Much To Have A Muffler (minus Pipe) and catalytic converter put on

my 1998 Jeep GC Laredo? I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo (v6 4L) and would like to know if I paid to much for the service. I put a muffler and a catalytic converter on (both were practical pieces, nothing fancy). The total came to $354.00 that includes tax, parts and labor. Did I pay to much, I don't want to fill I got screwed. Thanks.
