did i mess up my jeep?

i have a 98 jeep grand cherokee and i just had the engine replaced b/c i blew a head gasket. i went to the store today and when i left, the parking spot infront of mine was empty so i drove forward so i wouldn't have to back out. unfortunately i didn't know that there was a curb there (~6 inches) and i drove up it when i realized this, i put the jeep in reverse and got off the curb. i didn't hear anything scrape or anything hit. i drove across the street to the wal mart to run another errand and the car was fine. when i left wal mart about an hour later my car began to sputter while i was stopped at the stop light leaving the store. my car sputtered and would lose acceleration so i pulled over (my car usually sputtered before i replaced the engine and i would just push the gas pedal all the way down and it would be fine but i did not do this because i was stopped at a light) when i pulled over i turned the car off then turned it back on to listen to it and it sounded fine. i drove the car around for about 15 minutes after just to make sure it sounded ok and didn't sputter again. it sounded normal and didn't sputter but i just wanted to know if you think there could be any damage?
