Long story short, I drove my jeep cherokee up a mile or so of fairly steep grade in 4 high, when of course it should of been in 4 low, (i was going about 15 mph), i also smelled burning oil while doing it. Its running fine, but I have noticed it's being just a teeny bit sluggish. So bottom line is, does anyone think i damaged part of my vehicle? Also can someone clarify when i should be putting it in 4 low vs. 4 high?
