ok here is the story:
I've been a vegetarian for 5 years now. Recently I learned some most cheeses even though this is unnecessary are made with animal rennet which is not vegetarian.
My mama made a veggie burrito dinner with morning star farms crumbles and the fixings on the side. She also made fat free refried beans but put kraft cheese that has animal rennet obviously on half of the beans and microwaved it. I was stupid and thought it was okay to eat the half without cheese. In any case I ended up having explosive diarrhea within 10 minutes of eating this leftover today.
I'm also allergic to raw tomatoes, but I eat them anyway and I have like 3 cherry tomatoes with this burrito. And I usually eat enova cooking oil if anything and my mama used smart balance when grilling the crumbles. I usually never have diarrhea unless something horrible has been eaten like when I got Giardia from Subway a little over a month ago. And I'm in the process of suing them. I have the medical paperwork to prove it.
Do you think that its possible the cheese ingredients melted to the other side of the beans and was just as bad if I ate the cheese side?
