Did I get ripped off on the repairs to my '1998 Jeep Wrangler with 4.0L engine?

I had to have my Jeep loaded onto a wrecker and taken to the shop which they got me a deal on, $45 for the tow. It had to have a new harmonic balancer ($110), new serpentine belt ($62) and a new thermostat ($23). The parts totalled $241 with the tow and labor was $172 and shop supplies were $30 for a total grand total of $481. (I rounded all those prices so no they don't actually add up correctly)

Normally I would have purchased the parts from o'reilly and rented a harmonic balancer puller and done that job myself but considering the foot of snow and sub zero wind chill temps outside I don't mind paying so much to have the shop do it. Any other time of year though I would feel like this price was fairly steep..
Also, oreillyauto.com has harmonic balancers for my vehicle for $46 and they are still making a profit on it so the shop charging $110 for more or less the same thing kind of ticks me off.
Also also, I have had rotten luck with my Jeep as things keep falling apart on it.. I've had it in the same shop so many times in the last 6 months that I know the employee's on first name basis and half of their life stories.. wouldn't you think I'd be getting some frequent flyer discounts?? Haha
That's a very good point Botsy.. I suddenly feel much better about the cost!

Although I did have them install 4.56 gears in my differentials a couple of months ago and after a week the rear gears self destructed. Every tooth was rounded off of the pinion because it wasn't tempered properly at the factory.. makes me question just how good the parts are they use.
