So, I was doing a sitting assisted bench press and all of a sudden on my last rep, I felt almost like a pulled muscle or a cramp on my side. Then I stopped and went directly home. I tried going #2 to see if it hurt or anything but I felt no pain... even though I couldn't get anything to come out. Please help me out here.... did I get a hernia? what does it feel like if you get a hernia from lifting weights at the gym?
