Did i get a good deal? 2011 Honda Civic EX Coupe?

I bought a 2011 Honda Civic EX Coupe with an automatic transmission about a week ago and wanted to get some input on the deal i got. I negotiated them down to $19,275 on the sticker price. I have absolutely no credit history and my co-signer already had two relatively new cars under his name which his income couldn't justify so they financed us at 5.9% for 6 years. Does that sound about right? After state fees, the alarm system, and GAP protection it came out to $23,364. i put a down payment of $2,000 so i ended up financing $21,364 at $353 a month for 6 years. Any input appreciated. thanks
