I bought an HTC Surround 7, used it until it was fully dead then charged it full. When I unplugged it, I played 3 minutes of a game and used the facebook app for 5 minutes. I set the phone down and left for a few hours and it was dead. Maybe 20 minutes MAX of usage.
In total, I got no more than 7 hours out of the phone with minimal usage. Did I get a defective unit? Should I try another or is this going to be common?
I dont know how anyone could handle 7 hours of battery life on a smartphone.
