did i eat well today?

i am 14, 142lbs and 5'9 i worked out for 40 minutes today
breakfast-2 cups of cheerios, banana, and light soy milk-360calories
lunch-south beach diet bar-210 and salad(no dressing)-100 calories
snack-english muffin with 1tbl spoon of nautral peanut butter-200cals
dinner-1.75 servings of pinto beans and 3.5 servings of carrots-310
dessert-atkins endulge bar-180
Is this a good amount a food for me being on a diet? should i eat less or more? and of what? thanx
