I feel I have eaten too much today.. and don't know if it will balance out with my workout.
Breakfast: skim milk, 1 slice whole wheat bread, egg whites, and yoghurt.
Lunch: Fruit Salad (with kidney beans)
Snack: 6-8 baby carrots
Dinner: Baked chicken breast and almonds.
Snack(s): Yoghurt and a banana.
20 minute run
30 minute ab workout
30 minute cycling
Did I eat way too much and not exercise enough? I'm 135-137lbs at 5'5.
