Breakfast- Oatmeal Squares cereal with milk and orange juice
Lunch- PB & J on 100% whole wheat bread with a glass of milk
Snack- A skinny cow ice cream treat (100 calories)
Dinner- an organic chicken patty on whole wheat bun with mustard, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. with carrot juice to drink.
